Delayed responses may result in removal from the expedited track.
2. Document Submission Timeline
All requested documents must be submitted within 24 hours of request.
Incomplete or delayed documentation may extend timelines or pause the program.
3. Tour Availability
Clients must be available for scheduled tour blocks within 48 hours of notification.
Missed or rescheduled tours may result in transition to the standard timeline.
4. Offer Decision Window
This program operates on a same-day offer decision model.
Clients must be prepared to approve, adjust, or decline offers within the same day to remain on track.
5. Pre-Approval Cooperation
Clients must fully cooperate with lender requests, including additional documentation or explanations, in a timely manner to avoid underwriting delays.
6. Program Scope
This program provides strategy, guidance, and transaction coordination.
Approval decisions, loan terms, and final closing timelines are determined by third-party lenders, appraisers, and title companies.
7. Timeline Disclaimer

8. Track Reassignment
